The Bridges Section of the F scale railroad

The south end of the room contains the bridges section of the railroad. There are two bridges in this section, a curved trestle and a combination bridge.  What follows is the photos of the current progress of the combination bridge.  When complete, this bridge will span about 5 feet of canyon

The first photo show the overall bridge span.  It will be a combination trestle and deck truss. I am now finished gluing down the ties.  I still have to build the deck truss.

The next photo shows the bridge from the east side with current progress. I have started to rough in the scenery

This shot shows the gap for the short bridge.  It will be a somewhat freelanced model of one of the upper Ophir tredstles
